- Submitting false or misleading information via forms.
2. Services
Services include free SEO audits and paid consultations or projects (e.g., SEO, web development), delivered by Unrivaled Marketing. Key terms:
- Requests: Submitting a form (e.g., for an audit) does not guarantee service; acceptance is at the agency’s discretion.
- Delivery: Free audits are provided as-is; paid services follow agreed scopes and timelines communicated separately.
- Payment: For paid services, fees and terms are outlined in project agreements, payable as invoiced.
- Late Payment Fee: Invoices are due within 15 days of issue unless otherwise stated. A 2% monthly interest charge (minimum $15) will apply to overdue balances. Unpaid invoices beyond 30 days may result in a temporary suspension of ongoing work until payment is received.
3. Intellectual Property
All website content (text, images, code) and deliverables from free audits remain the property of Unrivaled unless otherwise agreed in writing. Paid project deliverables are licensed to clients upon full payment, per project terms.
4. Liability
The website and free services are offered “as-is” with no warranties. Liability for damages from use or reliance on these is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Paid services follow liability terms in specific agreements.
5. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate data (e.g., name, email) for service requests and ensure compliance with applicable laws. Misuse may result in service denial or termination.
6. Termination
Access to the site or services may be terminated at the agency’s discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these terms or other reasonable cause.
